Critical fire weather conditions on Thursday From Mike Keltner, Director, Adair Co. Emergency Management Critical fire weather conditions are expected tomorrow across most of Kentucky and southern Indiana. A combination of low relative humidity values, warm temperatures, breezy winds, and drying surface fuels will allow any fires to spread rapidly. Accordingly, a Red Flag Warning is in effect for all of central Kentucky and southern Indiana from NoonET until 8pmET tomorrow, April 20, 2023. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
