Wildflowers of KY: Uncommon Common Mullein at Pellyton, KY

This towering Common Mullein plant stood out amid the boundless beauty of Barnett's Creek Road Road on Saturday, July 1, 2017. It's a native plant, and gets mixed reviews as to its value except for its beauty. So far, we haven't found any connection to tobacco, though its relative appearance makes its appearance far more tobacco-like than rabbit tobacco.
