Fatal fire scene, 245 Milltown Road, Columbia, KY

2014-08-05 - 245 Milltown Road, Adair County, KY - Photo by Reader, iPhone photo. This residence at 245 Milltown Road, Columbia, KY (Milltown Community) was the scene of an early morning tragedy which took the life of a woman whose identity is yet to be confirmed by the Kentucky State Medical Examiner. The picture was taken by a reader early this morning, Tuesday, August 5, 2014. "The cause and origin of the fire is under investigation by the Adair County Coroner's Office, Ky State Police and Ky State Fire Marshall's Office," Donald Hare, Public Information Officer for the C/AC Fire Department, said.
