A Taste of Adair draws large crowd to Farmers Market

2014-06-24 - 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener. A Taste of Adair, the annual sampling of dishes made with garden products exclusively from Adair County, drew both the largest number of vendors for the Adair County Farmers Market in the Parking Lot of the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY. Taste of Adair and the market is scheduled 2pm-6pmCT or until supplies are exhausted. This was the scene just after 3pmCT, and vendors said they were doing a brisk business. Present were Debbie & Danny Burris, Caitlin Helm, Darrell Bunnell, Barbara Armitage, and Mike Meyer, members of the cooperative extension office, and Lori Wade of Westlake Regional Hospital.
