Adair County county government's two rock-star caliber department heads Solid Waste Coordinator A.L. Sinclair, left and County Roads Superintendent Jobe Darnell, prepared to leave the building after delivering reports from their agencies - A.L. to do some serious reading, and Jobe Darnell for some needed rest. Mr. Sinclair is on the warpath over illegal dumping of household wastes at Mt. Carmel Boat Ramp.
