Groundbreaking, Goodwill Industries, Holladay Place

At the groundbreaking for the new 10,000 s.f. Goodwill Industries donation and sales center at Holladay Place, were, front row, from left Paul A. Ironmonger, with F-S Contruction of Murfreesboro, TN; Karen Cogdill, Donated Goods Manager, Goodwill Industries; Kristel Fryman, Workforce Development, Goodwill Indsutries; Ken Bean, V.P. Cumberland Division, Goodwill; Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton; and Columbia Mayor Patrick R. Bell. Back row, Dan Franklin, a developer of the site; Sue Stivers, Executive Director of the Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority; Marshall Loy, a partner in Holladay Place; Jeff Arnold, Arnold Engineering, Bowling Green, KY; Richard L. Walker, a partner in Holladay Place; and Randy Williams and Steve Roy, both with F-S Construction. The target date for the opening of the store is the first of September 2010. The groundbreaking took place just past 11amCT, Wednesday, April 14, 2010.
