2026 Oxford Institute for Global Education and Clinical Practice

Lindsey Wilson University doctoral student Mahalia Cain of Williamsburg, Kentucky, standing fourth from right, joins some of the students from all over the world who attended the International Association of Psychology and Counseling's 2026 Oxford Institute for Global Education and Clinical Practice in Psychology and Counseling, held at St. Hilda's College, Oxford University. The conference attracted more than three dozen counseling scholars from around the world, including from several U.S. states, China, Malaysia, Nigeria, Paraguay, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

Cain presented research with Lindsey Wilson counseling professor Ed Gunberg, who is Cain's academic adviser in the university's counselor education and supervision doctoral program and standing in back third from left.
