TheatreFest! cast members in Shiloh Log Church

Lindsey Wilson University theatre professor Robert Brock speaks to the cast of the Lindsey Wilson TheatreFest! production of "Shiloh Rules" on Saturday, July 26, 2025, inside a replica of the Shiloh Log Church. The original church, built in 1851 and named from the Hebrew word that means "place of peace," was destroyed in the 1862 Civil War battle.

"Shiloh Rules" will be presented July 31 to August 3, 2025, at V.P. Henry Auditorium.

TheatreFest! cast members view The Bloody Pond

Members of the cast of the Lindsey Wilson University TheatreFest! production of "Shiloh Rules" observe the Bloody Pond on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Shiloh National Military Park. A shallow pool of water, Bloody Pond earned its name from the wounded soldiers and horses who sought relief there on the first day of the April 6-7, 1862, Civil War battle.

"Shiloh Rules" will be presented July 31 to August 3, 2025, at V.P. Henry Auditorium.

Daisies say summer in Kentucky to me. These were waving from the hillside above the restaurant in Sulphur Well where the aroma of frying country ham is always present along with that of the white sulphur water from the artesian well across the road.
