Ambulance Service accepting sealed bids for 2 ambulances
 2024-07-16 - Columbia, KY - Photo from Rita Bragg. The Adair County Ambulance Service will be accepting sealed bids on 2 trucks. One truck is 2016 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Type 1 Ambulance with 189,404 miles and the other is a 2017 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Type 1 Ambulance with 169,311 miles. Each truck will have to be bid individually and will be sold separately as is with no conditions. Trucks can be viewed at the Adair County Ambulance Service Mon-Fri 8-4 P.M. CST.
Bids can be dropped off at the Ambulance Service or mailed to Adair County Ambulance Service 906 Westlake Drive, Columbia Ky. 42728. Bids must also specify which truck the bid is for. Sealed bids must be received in our office by August 1st, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. CST. and will be opened at the regular Adair County Ambulance Service Board Meeting on August 2nd, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. CST.
The Adair County Ambulance Service reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. For more information call the service @ 270-384-4706 during regular business.

What started as a lone plant many years ago has now grown to at least 10 in front of the woodworking shop. Every year I make an attempt to get a decent photo of them in their glory. This is the 2024 cell phone version of that attempt."
