The story of the hanging of the Fitzpatrick Brothers

Dave Thomas wrapped up with a story he said was among the most requested for the 2024 "Shot - Stabbed - Hanged - and More on the Columbia Public Square" event. That was the story of the Fitzpatrick Brothers hanging which can be read in the archives of Columbia Magazine. Any donations that came in will be applied toward projects of the Adair County Genealogical Society, one of the sponsors of many historic events in the town and county.
