Miller Hotel on the Public Square in Columbia
 2025-01-05 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo from Mike Watson, Adair Genealogy and History Center. It was known as the Miller Hotel, located on the corner of the Columbia Public Square whre the Adair County Courthouse Annex is located today, when it burned in November 1977. In this terrible fire, five people lost their lives: Rommie Graham, Everett Farris, Ralph Melson, Charlie Bybee, and James Dohoney; did not die in fire, he got out to his car and died there of a heart attack.

Travel: National City Christian Church
 2025-01-03 - Washington, D.C. - Photo by Pen. Located on Thomas Circle in Washington, D.C., the large neoclassical church building was completed in 1930. The structure was designed by John Russell Pope, and has a "monumental character" typical of Pope's style and seen in his other works, such as the Jefferson Memorial. (Wikipedia)
Further back in the photo is the Luther Place Memorial Church, whose neo-Gothic style sharply contrasts with the Neoclassical style of National City Christian Church.
