Travel with care as power lines and poles are worked on

Reed Street, a block off the Public Square in Columbia, has been closed from the Russell Building to Campbellsville Street for pole replacement and work on the power lines. Work is being done all around town so please travel with care.

Travel: Princeton in the Rain

Remi enjoying a mud puddle

Despite her handicap, she makes the best of life. I love her so much. Her attitude and spirit are amazing."

Begley Art Gallery to feature 6 shows in 2025-26
 2025-08-20 - Columbia, KY - Photo courtesy Lindsey Wilson University. The Lindsey Wilson University 2025-26 Lucretia C. Begley Art Gallery exhibition schedule will feature six shows between Aug. 25, 2025 through July 31, 2026.
The season opens August 25, 2025, with "Lucretia Begley Retrospective: A Delicate Expression of the Seasons," a retrospective of the career of Adair County artist Lucretia C. Begley, whose gallery bears her name. Begley was a public school teacher, served for nine years as an art professor on the Lindsey Wilson faculty and became a well-known Southcentral Kentucky artist. Begley's works will be on display through October 10, 2025.
