Heated bowls helped in the snow and ice
 2025-02-05 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Donna Rieder. Farming has been much better in the warmer temps, but Donna Rieder said her Clifty Creek chickens were able to eat and drink through the end of January freeze because she has heated bowls. Long range weather predictors suggest winter 2025 is not through with snow and ice yet so they will still be handy.

Four Bridges String Quartet
 2025-02-04 - Chattanooga, TN - Photo courtesy Lindsey Wilson College. Named for the four bridges that cross the Tennessee River in Chattanooga, the Four Bridges String Quartet performs classical to folk music on violins, viola, and cello. Members include Susan Whitacre, William Navalon, Rachel Beckmann and Campbellsville native Gabrielle Roberts.
The Music Department of Lindsey Wilson College will be hosting the Four Bridges String Quartet in concert at 3pmCT on Monday, February 17, 2025, in the W.W. Slider Humanities Center Recital Hall.

Alexander attended the event with her mother, Cindy Rowland Alexander, who is a 1999 Lindsey Wilson graduate. Alexander was among the high school students who interviewed for the John B. Begley Scholarship, Lindsey Wilson's most prestigious scholarship.
