Vintage VW bus

2025-09-10 - Louisville, KY - Photo by Pen.
Most of the vendors at this year's World Fest in Louisville parked their vehicles well away from the throng of attendees, but this classic VW bus was tucked in between canopies. I couldn't tell if it was to draw attention to the booth, or just so the owner could keep a watchful eye on it.

Does anyone know these two cats?

2025-09-10 - Adair Co., KY - Photo from Joyce M. Coomer.
The Siamese one, with gorgeous blue eyes, has been gradually moving in since early May. He's now letting me pet him. The little tuxedo cat was at Five Star on Tuesday, September 9, and came to me when I called him. He's settled into the house like he is someone's cherished pet. If anyone has lost these cats, let me know and I'll bring them to you. -Joyce, 270-250-4541

A taxi ride to the shade for this newborn

2025-09-09 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Vicky Pike.
Miss Vicky's Pampered Angus Ranch was so named because of the extraordinary treatment the "girls" get on the farm in New Columbia. This little newborn was picked up and taxied to a shade tree since it wasn't able to follow its mama and get there on its own. Nothing is too good for the angus residents of this farm.
