2025-09-09 - Adair Co., KY - Photo courtesy Golden Rule-Wilson Real Estate and Auction.
18-year-old Eli McGuffin of Adair County is the current Champion Kentucky Junior Auctioneer. McGuffin has now officially joined Golden Rule-Wilson Real Estate & Auction. He has been interested in the auction and real estate industry his entire life, and he is looking forward to working with Chris Wilson and the entire Golden Rule-Wilson Family.

Eli is from the Keltner Community of Western Adair County, Kentucky. He has lived in Adair County his whole life and his parents have as well. He lives on a farm and raises various livestock including registered Boer goats, sheep, cattle, and poultry. Eli has been active in the show goat industry since he was 10 years old. He enjoys competing in auctioneering competitions and meeting those who share his interests.

Eli says his goal is to proudly serve Adair and the surrounding counties well with his auctioneering. He is looking forward to meeting and getting to know as many of its great citizens as possible.
