Progress being made on Russell building

Dave and Tina Thomas took the bold step to believe in their dreams and take on ownership of the Russell building on the Public Square in Columbia. Roof work has been done. Windows are being uncovered and decorative stones have been placed on the front entry. Tina says she takes part of her inspiration from the success Stanford, KY is having on their historic downtown.
