Reader ideas on Columbia Magazine resulted in two companies reaching out to Adair County Fiscal Court to offer bids on restoration of the historic Courthouse clock. Roger Gordon with Roger Gordon Clockmakers Limited from Titusville, PA, made the trip to Columbia to review the potential project and make a bid. He is pictured in the top of the tower with his hand on the bell. Out the window behind him is the new AC Judicial Center which took all the offices out of the old Courthouse and started the road to where the county property stands now. Comments | Permalink
