It's official. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear met with the new owners of Pennyroyal Barrel Company (PBC) along with Columbia Adair Economic Development and Tourism representatives in Frankfort July 20, 2023 to announce the new business coming to 40 acres in the Green River Commerce Park.
