Genealogist and Historian Mike Watson writes, "I do believe my good friend and mentor, Ed Waggener, would have approved of this meal; similar to those I'd order when he and I would have our "late" morning meetings [7 a.m. or thereabouts] at local eating spots after his long, early morning work-outs at the keyboard.
