Retiring Adair County Judge Executive Gale Burris Cowan was honored by her fellow leaders at the Courthouse Annex and by her staff on Tuesday before her last Fiscal Court meeting of 2022. The keepsake gift dates show that she has been part of the department since 1995, working her way up to the top position.
