Ponds frozen in white Christmas

Even the spring fed ponds are frozen bc of days of subfreezing temperatures. While the entire surface is frozen, safety recommends staying off the ice until 4 inches of thickness is achieved. Will we reach it before we warm back up? Who knows. --The Arnolds of Fairplay Comments | Permalink
