- Sharp drop in temperatures expected late Thursday night, then remaining bitterly cold through the weekend
- Very windy conditions expected Friday with wind gusts of 40-50 mph
- Dangerously cold conditions Friday into Saturday as wind chills reach the -10 to -20 F range
- Temperatures will not warm above freezing until at least Monday
