Scenic Adair Co., KY: Hunter School lives on - as barn

Lasley and Stotts Road, continues service as a barn on the J.C. Lasley farm. For much of the time the school was in existence it was taught by the late Ruth Allen, except for one year when Jean Dohoney (now McLean) taught the school. Though it's now on Stotts Road, formerly Burkesville Road, it is still an unforgettable landmark for travelers along KY 61 South of the Louie B. Nunn Parkway in Adair County. Comments | Permalink
