Mayor Pam Hoots will be working out next steps for this property. The City of Columbia purchased the Majestic Yachts property on the corner of Veterans Bypass and Highway 61 in 2020 and got a 10-year lease with Synergy Food Group headquartered in Tennessee that was to pay it off. A grant through the Lake Cumberland Area Development District provided $1 million and the City borrowed the balance of $500,000 for the total purchase price of the property. Comments | Permalink
