Governor Andy Beshear has declared a statewide State of Emergency and the National Guard is on standby to assist. Both the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center building, 901 Hudson Street, and the Adair County Annex basement, 400 Public Square, Columbia, will be open Saturday and Sunday as warming stations for any citizens in need.
