Lettuce and baby spinach freshly snipped this morning and purchased at our local farmer's market, topped with marinated artichoke hearts, asparagus, a bit of cheddar, and a drizzle of balsamic and vinegar. Warm broccoli and cheddar quiche just out of the oven. Cheesecake topped with fresh fruit and lovingly made by the hands of a dear friend. Light, flavorful, and a harbinger of good things to come."
