As a part of the Mayor's State of the City report to the business community at the February Chamber of Commerce meeting, the Columbia Police Department brought the Substance Abuse Education trailer for people to tour. Part of the experience focuses on all the forms illegal drugs can be hidden and trafficked in like a water bottle with an invisible pocket. Common names and signs of abuse are shown.
