Whereas, The 115 members of the Russell County Extension Homemakers Association completed more than 4,183 hours of volunteer service in 2023-2024. Now, Therefore, I, Randy Marcum, Judge Executive of Russell County, do hereby proclaim October 13th to 19th, 2024, as Kentucky Extension Homemakers' Week.
