Thanks to Jill Petrey for giving details to do further research on the special quilt featured earlier on Columbia Magazine. The name of the quilt pattern appears to be "Garden Bouquet." The pattern was syndicated under the title of The Nancy Page Quilt Club, with one block per week being offered in prominent newspapers during the early 1930s to 1933.
