2024-09-26 - Great Wooded South - Photo by Billy Joe Fudge
Billy Joe writes, "Pork was the most important source of protein for our subsistence farming forefathers. Waffles were always popular with Maple syrup but, Lord have mercy, waffles with butter and sorghum syrup has won my heart!"
