The founder of Mister "P" Express, Inc, Allan Parnell, was born in Sparksville, KY, attended Breeding High School and was part of Adair County High School's first consolidated class. He went to Louisville to earn a living and spent many years of schooling and working for others before starting his own trucking firm with his wife Bunny and daughter Cindy.
