Present at the signing were: 911 Center Director Derrick Murphy; Assistant Director Grant Loy, and Dustin Posey. Representing the Columbia-Adair County Fire Department was Dennis Loy; the ambulance service was Director Daryl Flatt; the Columbia City Police Chief Charles Greer, Sergeant Drew Conn, Officer Trevor Foster, and Officer Holly Rice, along with K9 Cally.
