The only thing between the cold, pouring rain over all Saturday's parade entrants, and comfort, was the hospitality of Morgan Smith Industries. As the traditional lot where floats finish final touches and line up, the factory could simply have provided the gift of the large parking lot and been appreciated. However, they kept the doors open, restrooms available, and handed out free popcorn and hot chocolate - major comfort - to all who entered.
