Gale Cowan honored at retirement from ACJE

Retiring Adair County Judge Executive Gale Burris Cowan was honored by her fellow leaders at the Courthouse Annex and by her staff on Tuesday before her last Fiscal Court meeting of 2022. The keepsake gift dates show that she has been part of the department since 1995, working her way up to the top position. From left are: Sheriff Josh Brockman, County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin, PVA Landon Edwards, ACJE Cowan, and Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer. Comments | Permalink

According to JOY Ministries treasurer Maggie Coleman the new updated total for the Christmas campaign just went over $35,000 moving toward its goal of $45,000 before the end of the year.
