Keystone Development, LLC from Louisville broke ground Friday in New Columbia for a retail center to be located next to Lee's. The center is anticipated to have rental property available for up to six separate businesses. I was embarrassed to go to Friday's groundbreaking in New Columbia and see this mess adjoining it. Miss Mahindra May have to be called into service along with her trusty bush hog."
