Heavy equipment rolled onto the Public Square as the sun was getting low in the sky Tuesday so the night shift milling could continue. Crews plan to start full paving operations by the end of the week. Traffic will be restricted to one lane controlled by flaggers where crews are working. Motorists should expect delays during nighttime working hours, approximately 6pm to 6am. Comments | Permalink Older Photos
