Genealogical Society meets to explore DAR

The Genealogical Society's recent meeting held at the Adair County Genealogy and History Center brought together a diverse group of 26 individuals who share family ties with Revolutionary War soldiers and patriots. Heavy equipment rolled onto the Public Square as the sun was getting low in the sky Tuesday so the night shift milling could continue. Crews plan to start full paving operations by the end of the week. Traffic will be restricted to one lane controlled by flaggers where crews are working. Motorists should expect delays during nighttime working hours, approximately 6pm to 6am. Comments | Permalink
