FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) at approximately 2:20pmET on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Tourism investment made for marketing

Paige Nickel, Executive Director of the Adair County Tourism and Convention Commission, accepted the $29,248 check from the Kentucky Department of Tourism to support travel marketing and promotion. Paige said, "The Adair County Tourism and Convention Commission is thrilled to receive these funds from the state. We plan to expand our county marketing efforts nationwide in hopes of bringing more visitors to our beautiful college and lake town." Comments | Permalink
