Lion's Mane Mushroom

Larry writes, "While on a walk in the woods the other morning, I found a unique mushroom. It's name is Lions Mane, and yes they are edible. As always, do your own research before they are consumed. Actually this is the first time I have ever found them.I didn't take them, but I read that they are delicious." Comments | Permalink
