Robert writes, "Sunset along this gorgeous strip of the Northern California coast. This would be our last overnight stay near the ocean. The next day of traveling would have us hugging scenic highway 101 for many miles, finally heading inland towards the airport in Sacramento." Comments | Permalink

Anyone remember this building by Grant's Grocery?

I've learned over the years that Older Buildings with Character should be photographed the minute you notice them, because they often fall to progress before you make it back with more time, in better light, with a better camera, etc.
So I grabbed this photo on a recent fall afternoon, of the small green building that sits beside what was Leland Grant's Grocery on Liberty Road, without time to get any important details about its history.
