U.S. Air Force veteran Carrie Pendleton from Russell Springs, Kentucky, wins a handmade quilt provided by the Joyful Hearts Quilt Guild of Columbia at the 21st Annual LWC Veterans Appreciation Luncheon. Over the past year, twelve members of the quilting guild customized 20 quilts in patriotic themes for a drawing at the luncheon on Friday. Comments | Permalink
