A quarter mile past Glens Fork, a quiet stretch of road suddenly glows with unexpected magic. A quick glance to the right reveals what looks like a forest of Christmas trees - dozens of them - each one lit in brilliant color, cascading down a hillside in a cheerful holiday display. 50 Christmas trees spill across the hill in front of the home of JD and Sylayne Grider, each one shining with lights in every color.

The elfs on the shelf at Taylor County High School

Taylor County High School had two visitors welcoming students this week - elfs on the shelf... actually elfs on the rooftop. They are Councilors Candice Gilpin and Shea White, Bill's daughter and Collin White's mom.
