The Metcalfe County Historical Society shares that beginning today, April 4, 2024, the Metcalfe County Courthouse Museum will be open on Thursdays and Saturdays from 11am to 3pmCT. Adair County High School boys basketball was one of only five teams in the state to have multiple players given honorable mention in the all state team. Both Isaiah Cochran and Connor Loy were two of only 12 juniors who made the list. Comments | Permalink

Wednesday weird weather

Veronica writes, "Wet conditions plus cool temperatures plus warm ground throw that all together and you get a weird fog in the sunshine. As the wind blew you saw the newly formed fog cloud dance around and swirl in this low area. I managed to snag a picture of the fog cloud dancing around the driveway." Comments | Permalink
