Residents of Adair County will have added law enforcement coverage from September 1st through October 1st from the Columbia Police Department according to the agreement signed by Mayor Pam Hoots, CPD Chief Evan Burton and Adair County Sheriff Josh Brockman. Comments | Permalink

In his letter of resignation, he thanked his wife Amy and their three sons Leighton, Gavin, and Camden for supporting him in the long, long hours on the job and for understanding the sacrifices the job requires.
