Dining at the historic Trabue Russell House

Business, Tourism and Economic Development representatives attended the May Chamber of Commerce lunch at the historic Trabue Russell House at the invitation of Mary Anne Loy. This picture shows one of four rooms filled with guests. The menu she prepared included - all homemade: Winterberry salad, Kale salad, Pimento cheese, Sourdough bread, Fruit, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies, sweet iced tea and lemonade.

Eggs Benedict - poached eggs with salmon, steamed tomato and spinach on toast points, topped by a drizzle of Hollandaise Sauce and the slightest touch of Caviar.
