Early crowd for the Tuesday, June 25, 2024 Adair Fiscal Court meeting grew as the nearly three-and-a-half-hour meeting went on. All magistrates were present. Attorney Angie Capps sat in for County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin. A key decision was made in the meeting for the Board of Elections that will help recruit poll workers for the November election. Adair County Fiscal Court had one of its longest meetings Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The agenda was long in regular business for the monthly meeting. In addition a group came to talk about rental prices for businesses at the Jim Blair Center which needed extra discussion time between magistrates and parents of children in Damon Hicks' program.
