Charles Grimsley, center, is being appreciated for having led negotiations that resulted in the City Of Columbia funding the work of bringing the historic Adair County Courthouse clock back into working order. He is pictured talking with Terry Moore and Shannon Sexton. Wednesday, June 26, 2024, was the day the clock officially started working and sounding out the hour downtown.
