Columbia Walmart lights flickered a couple of times setting off alarms as storms passed through on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Lights were quickly back on strong and shoppers continued their chores, just keeping an eye on what was happening in the pouring rain, thunder and lightening. The store has generators that will kick into action if needed to keep the power on. Some signs at customer pickup parking were blown over, as well. Robert writes, "We learned of this area when we were pre-scouting for our trip throughout Utah. It's not too far from the Butch Cassidy Homeplace. The Sevier River runs through this canyon as well. There is a resort at this place, with hiking, lodging, rafting the river...but we were just passing through." Comments | Permalink Older Photos
