Wikipedia says that the historic Mainz Cathedral or St. Martin's Cathedral (German: Mainzer Dom, Martinsdom or, officially, Der Hohe Dom zu Mainz) is located near the historical center and pedestrianized market square of the city of Mainz, Germany. This 1000-year-old Roman Catholic cathedral is the site of the episcopal see of the Bishop of Mainz."
Veronica said of their visit, "Besides a cool looking building, this church was a welcome visit to get out of the cold for a while... thankful that all across Europe, often you can step inside churches to get a quick respite from the weather." Comments | Permalink

OCC 2024: LWC Softball loads a truck to Charlotte

The Lindsey Wilson College softball team finished loading OCC shoebox gifts from Adair County onto this pup trailer last week. The shoebox gifts are now on their way to Charlotte, North Carolina, where they will be processed. A total of 3,585 shoebox gifts were collected in Adair County in 2024. Comments | Permalink
