Adair County Fiscal Court Treasurer Malinda Quinn makes her report supported by Jailer Powell, at left, and Deputy Sheriff Hitch to her right. She makes things work and keeps our bills paid. The budget is getting tight as the end of the fiscal year is coming close. The Judge brought a motion to move the half percent Occupational Tax to the full one percent like all the counties around us but it failed with votes from Reeder, Denton, Humphress and Coffey saying no.
