Lindsey Wilson College business professor JC Phelps has been named a faculty member in the Kentucky Governor's Scholars Program. Phelps, who attended the program in 2011 as a rising high school senior at Russell County High School, will teach classes in the Business, Accounting and Entrepreneurship Focus Area.
